Ann moved to Mt. Pleasant in 1996 from Miami, Florida.  Born and raised in South Jersey, she received a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University and an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from UCLA.  Having lived in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, the Midwest, and Northeast she truly appreciates the challenges of relocation.  As a stay-at-home mom for 17 years, she began selling real estate rather late in life--in her mid 40s.  She loves homes and meeting new people and considers it a pleasure to introduce clients to the Charleston area and to educate both buyers and sellers in current market conditions and pricing.

As a top producer every year but one since 2003, she enjoys partnering with clients to meet their needs, especially in today's unique market.  An avid reader, tennis player, photographer, boating enthusiast, and traveler, Ann loves to swap stories with her clients who are usually pretty fascinating people!
